Quick feet are essential in pickleball for positioning and making those winning shots. Here's a simple drill to boost your agility:

  1. Place six cones or markers in a zigzag pattern, each about 4 feet apart.
  2. Start at the first cone and sprint diagonally to the second cone, then side-step to the third cone. Continue this pattern until you reach the last cone.
  3. Walk back to the start and repeat the drill for 5 sets.
  4. Maintain a low stance and stay on the balls of your feet for quick movements.

Integrate this drill into your warm-up routine three times a week for noticeable improvement.

Remember, agility on the court means getting to the ball faster and positioning yourself better for each shot.
