Good court positioning is crucial for enhancing your pickleball game. Here's a drill to help you improve:

1. Partner Drill: Work with a partner where one starts at the baseline and the other at the Non-Volley Zone (NVZ).
2. Baseline player: Hit deep shots to different parts of the court, focusing on consistency rather than power.
3. NVZ player: Practice moving side-to-side, maintaining a ready position to intercept shots early.
4. Switch roles: After every 2 minutes, switch roles to get a balanced practice.
5. Review: Discuss what worked and areas for improvement. Repeat the drill, implementing feedback.
