Grab a partner and set a goal of completing 50 dinks in a row without error. Stand at the kitchen line and alternate dinks, aiming for just over the net. Focus on:
- Using soft hands to absorb impact.
- Maintaining a stable wrist.
- Keeping a relaxed grip.
Gradually increase your target number as you improve. This drill not only enhances consistency but also builds your stamina and confidence.
